Kinect Launch - CRM Emails
When Kinect for Xbox 360 was released, it broke the Guinness World Record of being "the fastest selling consumer electronics device of all time." While I can’t take the credit based on these emails alone, they sure didn't hurt. In total, I wrote 36 emails with content tailored to four target demographics: hyper socials, family-friendly, hardcore gamers, and casual gamers.
